What We Grow

Herbs: Basil, Rosemary, Cilantro, Dill, Garlic, Garlic scapes

Vegetables: Lettuce (different varieties), spinach, Swiss chard, sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, turnips, beets, Kohlrabi, bok choy, tomatoes (cherry, roma, and large tomatoes), squash (yellow, butternut, zucchini), eggplant, peppers (green, jalapeno, ancho, other varieties), cucumbers (slicing & pickling), popcorn, okra, pumpkins, red potatoes, yellow potatoes, cantaloupes, watermelons, bitter melons, loofahs, collards, green beans, lima beans, scarlet runner beans, sweet yellow onions, sweet potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes

Fruit: Figs, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Muscadines, Concord Grapes, Jujubes

Expanding orchard to include: Quince, Mulberries, Pawpaws, Persimmons (Asian & American), Royal Medlars, Apples, Pears, Peaches (All fruit production limited/variable over the next 3-5 years as the orchard matures)

Nuts: Black walnuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts

Flowers: Cut flower arrangements and individually which may include zinnias, sunflowers (multiple varieties), asters, bee balm, black-eyed susans, butterfly weed, butterfly bush, and other wildflowers as available. U-pick flower sessions available May - August.

Magnolia, camellia, forsythia, daffodil, peony, sweet bud, cherry blooms as available.  Evergreen/red berry arrangements - seasonal.

Products will be sold individually and in gift baskets. You can also order grab bags in a variety of sizes that feature popular products from the farm.

Plants: On occasion, I propagate plants that I have growing on the farm.

I do collect seeds. If there is something I grow that you are interested in growing, just ask.
